Asana is a great free project management tool. We teach our coaching clients how to use Asana as a CRM, as a Project Manager and even Social Media Content Calendar. All with the free version and with templates included! You can download Asana free at https://app.asana.com/
Odoo has many features of their platform, including CRM, website, invoicing, and so much more. I have used Odoo in the past for a CRM and loved it. Although Asana is more cumbersome as a CRM – I still prefer to have everything in one location when possible.
But if you’re only using one feature, it’s free and worth a mention here!
Canva is a program that I use almost daily. I’ve saved my brand in Canva to make editing graphics easy and quick. I use Canva in our coaching calls and teach time saving hacks – because who has time to edit graphics all day? I do recommend the paid version – the features are so much better. But getting started with the free version is perfectly fine.
This is kinda obvious but Social Media is FREE! I HIGHLY recommend that when you know your brand, you take the time to register for all the social media accounts using your handle. Even if you never plan on posting on YouTube, or if Instagram is the ONLY place it’s happening for you – take the time to get your handle on all platforms, save the login information (store this in Asana!!) and just protect the handle!
